Comments: This is a great trad testpiece. One of the better single pitch routes I have done in Red Rocks.

Comments: One of the best routes I have done in Red Rocks. Pretty spicy but not too bad if you are confident on 5.10.

Comments: Very cool face climbing with 2 cruxy sections. I got a pretty good small stopper and a red C3 before the second bolt to help ease the ground fall potential.

Comments: Top roped the first pitch today. Excellent climbing on good stone. There is a good fixed pin and then two widely spaced bolts that take you to a good rap station to the left of Fat City's first belay. The two protection bolts are new and bomber. This would be a pretty hairy and runout lead.

Comments: This is a great pitch. Probably PG-13 not R. No additional bolts are needed. You need some composure but that is what makes it a great pitch of face climbing.

Comments: That rock is SOOO beautiful! Nice job on a late season ascent.

Was there a new pin at the start of the crux pitch?

Comments: I think pitch two has a few sections that could be called PG-13. Runouts on 5.9 type terrain. All the harder climbing is well protected on all the pitches.

Comments: This route is simply fantastic! One of the best climbs anywhere.

Massive sandbagging going on here to call this route 5.10. I mean really? The Sword and Perry's Lieback 5.10?

Comments: The Loose- J variation is an awesome and, I think, the best way to get into the J-crack. Climb the ENTIRE first pitch of Loose Ends, not just to the horn with slings around it. About 10 feet below the belay ledge that is shared with Pear Buttress climb up a small flake with good gear to a fixed pin. The pin looks very solid. About 10 feet above the pin is a new stainless 3/8" bolt. Clip the bolt and climb amazing stone up and right into the crack. The last few moves are exiting but the fal... more >>
