Comments: This is sad. He was very selfless in his years of donated time (fix it skills) to a nonprofit in Laramie. His conservation efforts have helped keep Vedauwoo what it is. In every interaction I had with him he was kind and humble. Condolences to his family.

Comments: This route is closer to 1,000 feet tall and is definately not R rated. It eats up pro. There is only a few sections that are slightly run out.

Comments: At 35 feet it seems more like a highball boulder problem to me. If there wasn't so much other good rock in Idaho I might consider making a trip to do that. I was just making an observation based on the fact that sometimes in southern idaho cracks are bolted that should not be.

Comments: Looks like it could go on gear instead of bolts.

Comments: I thought this thing looked easy, but turned out to be pretty dang hard. I'm sure if I had better technique it would have been easier. But, a great way to finish after topping out screw or zipper.

Comments: First pitch didn't feel like 5.8, It felt more like 5.6. The next two pitches are considerably harder.
