Comments: what do you mean belay ledge? like the huge platform at the top or the 2 chains half way up? A blue tcu fits in that crack swell below the small dead tree stump root thing. after clipping those chains whats there to worry about?

Comments: OOOOOOH BOY. As of 10/24/08 the cool block that's loose is dead. Makes for a bit harder of a topout but geeze... that hold gave that route character. I'm bummed.

Comments: This route is really fun, but probably doesn't see much traffic or just needs some tlc to clean it up a bit. Really hard start for me but then the rest is just really fun. PG-13 probably comes from the start and after the roof is some lichen covered thin moves.

Put this on your moderate roof crack list!

Comments: first and second pitch can be combined with a 60 meter rope. 2 full rope raps get you to the bottom if you go down that 10a slab route.

Comments: there's a hornets nest in the obvious finger pocket when traversing left through the owl shit/piss ledge to the roof crack. Beware. Sand bag anyone?

Comments: did it 8/10/08 with helmets and rappelling and the unusual august hail. only got up to the piton on the 5th pitch before "severe weather" moved in. 60meter rope is pushing it rapping down but we didn't have a choice - bailed on a quick link. I wouldn't be so worried about rapping this route since most of the belay stations are not under the anchors and are protected enough from rock fall with the pulling of the rope. Just be smart.

A 60 meter rope can get you down but you'll be 10 feet off ... more >>

Comments: My first 12 lead so holy awesome. Just really fun to dyno to big holds and having to bite down that painful two finger pocket. Definitely tests you the whole way to the chains. Almost blew it up there.

After talking to an old timer, I guess a few big holds have fallen off of this making it harder than 12a? Food for thought.

Comments: what a classic sleeper route on the industrial wall!! Slabby delicate start to fist jamming roof pulling to heel hooking awesomeness! Loved it. In the shade and 10 degrees cooler.

Comments: feels like climbing at the gym with this one. Couple of sandy pockets feel like the hangboard and every positive hold is ticked.

This route should get the name like dragon fly bells or something for the wind chime also. why not?

Comments: really great fun climbing. Crux is exiting the delicate laybacking for sure. Really dirty in the crack though... I was a little unsure about where to start this as that horizontal crack runs down pretty low.

Comments: what a great route with with seriously committing moves. Walk off kinda sucks... really sucks at the end. mind the rattlers.

The erosion we're causing could warrant some trail work there to build steps like the slips or some rap bolts to get down.
