I'm getting started with climbing later in life than most although I've desired to climb most of my adult life. We moved to Fort Collins in January,'07 (I began gym climbing that Spring) from the Gulf coast where rocks were few and far between, hence my late start. Now that I live in the mecca I am totally stoked to climb and desire to climb outdoors - toproping, sport, and trad. I want to learn as much as I can as quickly as I can and would appreciate any help I can get from experienced climbers who would be willing to take a very enthusiastic student under their wing. My availability is basically anytime. I'm more than willing to pay my dues to learn it right and do it right. And by the way, I'll happily haul gear and buy the brewskies after the climb. |
