  Oct 24 - Runout start, loose blocks on traverse, no pro before the tree - overall sketchy P1. P2/3 is great.

  Oct 24 - The crux for me was surmounting the bulge before V slot. V itself was relatively easy.

Half way up Contos  Black Chasm Falls on February 15, 2014  The small gully on the right. It looks much easier than it is. There are a few awkward moves in the middle.   Just before the crux move. I got three cams - a good #0.75 C4 closer to the nose and a so-so #3 C4 backed up with a good #0.5 Trango Maxcam (I think it is similar to #0.5 C4). The move is scary to commit, but actually not hard at all. The holds are all over, even more than you need.  Arm and Hammer can be done in one long pitch with a 60 m rope.
