Comments: i assume you are referring to Eric Scully - V4 (V4-V7)? i think that the wide grade range arises due to the fact that this problem is somewhat height dependent. If you are tall enough you can get a great heel toe cam in the start hold and keep it till you reach the lip. If you're shorter you really have to crank on the incut flake crimps. still, i agree it is a wide grade range...
