Comments: So I am the one who posted all the stuff and there is for sure room for development. I head out that way once in a while, but I live in the eastern zone of the state. First goal is to just keep looking for boulders and the ones I have found are solid rock with cool features. Next I am going to clear and build landings.

Comments: There is no "trail" down the hill after the atv trail. I would just recommend following the atv trail all the way until it butts up against the river. I ran into a hunter while walking down the atv trail and he doesn't care as long as you stay on the trail.

What is a good guide book that covers top roping, but more importantly bouldering throughout the whole state of Wisconsin?
I am really interested in the areas Devil's Lake, Governors State Park, Westby, and the central sandstone boulders.

Comments: There is some bouldering here. You have to follow some of the rocky trails off the look out points. Then there are some at teh main climbing area.
