FYI, I heard that there is some "master plan" that will close the camp ground, supposedly because of water pollution to the river that flows through the monument. I heard that this is all pollittically motivated attempt to close a public camp ground. Anyone else know anything?

I have always thought that the crux of this climb are the final top out moves, rounded, steep and they sneak up on you after you have done the roof pull.
This climb used to be rated 5.5!
Whatever the grade, nice pics, cool climb.

However, climbers new to the area should know that most of the classic lines on the major crags SHOULD be led. As mentioned before, CT has a long climbing history and that history was written on the lead. Yes it's strenuous etc., but that's what makes CT climbing so great.
