Comments: You're spot on Brad. A hold broke off right where you are. It was a big "disk" shaped wafer wedged down in a crack.

Comments: Climbed this again last weekend and a block came off through the lower stuff below the ledge. I didn't really see that it affected the overall grade that much but that specific section is maybe a letter grade stiffer.

Comments: Congrats on your send Angel!! Your redpoint looked very clean and calm. No screaming, yelling.. just slow, smooth movements. Great work!

Comments: It's a 5.9. All bolts if i remember correctly. Fun and worth doing if you're up there. You're talking about the one that's straight ahead if you were walking out of the little porthole tunnel right?

Comments: Holy super sketch! No way I would trust that. Personally, I would have epoxied that left top edge to bring the outer lobe in just a tad more. Maybe would have dug it out with a hammer/chisel just to get the whole thing in a bit deeper. On 2nd thought, should probably just add a bolt there.

Comments: Jimbo, The Bee Whisperer. Come on, you must be bribing them with something when you go.. fess up! :0)

FWIW, last year we we out there a couple times and although they were out and 'active', no one was stung. No warning 'bumps' either.

Comments: There's a 'right' finish? Does that entail moving out onto the face at the 2nd to last bolt and going straight up? Sounds hard. lol!

Comments: What's all this about falling above the roof = plunge into certain death? Bah.. I'm a big chicken and fwiw I slipped off above the roof trying to traverse over to clip the oddly-placed bolt above the lip and had an all-air, very clean fall onto a #3 BD at the roof. I ended up no where near the ground. This was all a while back, we stopped in to play on the Pinnacle after a day of climbing. I thought this was the funnest way up the Pinnacle.
