I have recovered! My shoulders are back in action. Well, there's still some swelling in the left rotator after a long day but nothing a little ice can't fix.
Goals this season: redpoint a 12a sport, onsite Yellow Spur in Eldo, and complete at least half of Neptune Mountaineering's 100 Hit List. |
