A great multipitch route full of tufta, stalagtites and beautiful overhanging limestone. Difficult enough to keep the traffic to a minimum.

Comments: This guy's name is Eric, he'd fixed the first pitch or two the day before we started ,and ended up joining us on our first aid climb.

Great pic Ben, why didn't we get up on that rock?

Comments: I was exhausted, but I thought this was more like .11-, due to the number of crimpers and slopers that aren't as common in .10 ratings...

Comments: following the path of least resistance is the key. from the car the first drilled pin looks really far up, but I had tunnel vision and almost missed it. a nice gentle reminder of the climbing you can encounter on towers and big walls.

Comments: on the main drag in Aonang, rest day number 1. Be careful eating the street food... the next day would be a forced rest day number 2.

Comments: I'll agree with anyone who says 11+ or 12-... with 12- being the high range of what I have ever been comfortable leading at the creek, and I thought this was tough in 2004. If it has broken, such is the way of sandstone, I hope people play lightly in the desert, even the stones are fragile.

Comments: An amazing tower. We had warm weather and sunshine for the hike in and out, and a nice Spring blast of icy wind driven snow at the top. Classic desert tower and classic desert Spring weather. Nothing like climbing something like this with your mates.

Comments: I gave this route 4 stars because it's a great splitter and IT'S IN THE SHADE! It can be sandy and gritty if it hasn't seen traffic since the last storm. Even the most Creek worn hands should take heed.
