Comments: The anchor bolts at the top are sort of sketchy. Both of them move a few millimeters when weighted. We ended up traversing right and using the top anchors on the next route.

Comments: Really a request for a condition report...
Can anyone recommend any decent easy to moderate mixed lines that are usually in-shape in January with little avalanche danger? Visiting RMNP in a few weeks to take AIARE I. Reports don't look great for skiing, so I was hoping to find something fun to climb after the course.

Comments: This would need a good scrub to get me interested. Slimy and full of moss when we were there. Probably a fun climb if you can find it dry or want to put some time in cleaning.

Comments: It's quite a bushwhack to get to the goods, so we took a couple days to do it. It could potentially be done in one, but it'd be a really long one.
