Comments: Just got through swinging leads on this one.
Each pitch has individual character and challenges every climbing skill...maintains grade for entire length. Protection is good...used everything from small brass stoppers to a Number 4 cam.

Comments: I believe the photograph is of the Octopussy/Night Mare area.
Arachnid Traction starts farther right (out of the photo) of these and finishes in the left-leaning hand crack in the upper right corner of the photo and right of the cedar tree with the rap slings.

Comments: We recently completed some routes on the Sheephead this March. Really awsome routes. Totally underestimated the approach and descent time and effort needed. The climing seemed like the easy part.
Anyway, I would like to thank Geir Handal for all the topos and route descriptions for the Sheephead. Great work. I will be looking forward to returning to complete more routes.

Comments: Stick clipped the first bolt (sketchy thin moves with potential ankle breaker rocks below). Fun short route with the thin crux move at a bolt. Difficultly rating opinion: 5.11 minus. Great little wall with good routes.
