The landowner is currently (Jan 2010) filing criminal trespass complaints and climbers are being cited for trespassing by the Durango police department. Even if you believe you are following the boundary of the private property, the landowner is claiming ownership of the falls itself, contrary to the forest/private boundaries indicated on topographical maps. There is a great boulder (House Boulder) on the right side of the road, across from the Motherload area.
