More information:
I am originally from Alabama, but I learn to climb in Colorado. I started climbing three years ago in Leadville, CO where Monitor Rock and the Red Cliff Boulders were my home craigs. I now live in Durango and still learning how to climb. I think everyone who is climbing is still learning how to climb because we all just want to get better.

Valhalla's awesome exposure.
The top is pretty memorable. It took me a long time to drag my body up that crack. It's hard to switch from left hip to right hip while carrying to much gear. I was happy to have a #5 and a #6. The beginning is really fun. This is such a fun route.

Photo by Erik Durgin. Good granite takes you to the top!
