Comments: Matty, spot on. It's not my photo, so I don't know if I can change the tag on it.

Comments: Some buddies were working this line the other day, and I noticed an exit going left.

It doesn't look like anyone had cleaned it off, but I did my best with a boars hair brush. I will go back and clean it up some more.

(do the crux first move and then) From the start of the V1, make a big move left towards the obvious arete pinch. Match, and work up and left to big holds.

It doesn't change the grade, just a harder finish. The finish alone could be a V3-4ish from the stand. I sent it, if it ... more >>

Comments: This is a Denver Mountain Park, right? So how "legal" is it to climb here? I haven't checked this out yet, because I thought Denver Mountain Parks didn't allow climbing.... Anyone have any info on this?

Thanks,

Andrew

Comments: Helldorado, I don't think Tom is suggesting people were not climbing double digits back in the day. There is plenty of evidence that a few people were. Gill, Holloway, and Horan.

However, Bob Horan claiming the ascent of this block is unfounded. Knowing the FAist, the time it took to clean, and the amount of choss removed would remove any doubt that it was climbed before.

Comments: I don't know if the breakage has really done that much to change the grade, at most now it is a v7.

Comments: Pretty awesome. Love the sneaky underclings.... I think there is one more line on the wall to be done... Could be 7+.

Comments: One of the best climbs at 3 Sisters. Some of the best rock and movement. IMHO, there are no easy moves, and it isn't over until you are on top. Great work, Luke! Thanks for your vision and hard work at 3 Sisters.

Best,

Andrew

Comments: Jimmy Webb may have done the first ascent this July....

Thomas Betterton repeated this line as well last night. He didn't comment on the grade, though. Really pumpy!

Comments: Super nice line. Would be four stars with friendlier holds. The top out just adds another star, tall, easy, but committing.

Comments: Helldorado... Morrison is its own beast, check out the Southside with boulders. Anyone going to Morrison at this time year wont have fun one way or another with all of the grease.

Happy climbing,

Av

Comments: Some of the best rock in 3 Sisters, and some very interesting moves. Solid V7.

Nice one, Darth.

Comments: Start on the V1 and traverse into the V2, hands down the most enjoyable line on the block. We recently cleaned the top. Really a fun stop!

Comments: Bob, what are you suggesting? Did you do it? How can you account for the amount of cleaning of broken/unsafe rock for the ascent?

Comments: Luke, if this is the warm up on the far right side, I was always told it was called Infinity, and have been told it is a V0.

Terrific warm up, thanks for the addition.

Comments: Richard, starting stacked pads for the V6 start has always been ok from what I have heard. The ground has eroded creating the lower start (V7) and the lowest (V8/9).

Just my 2 cents,

Best regards,
Andrew V

Comments: If anyone knows who put up the FA or the name, let me know so I can update it. I just wanted to put it on the website, because this climb has one of my favorite moves in the Morrison area. IMHO this is of much higher quality in comparison to the Done Deal Dyno.
