More information:
Early experience in caving in TAG (TN, ALA, GA) triangle. Then outside to climbing in the SE, US., Wyoming, Colorado and California. Later into Europe with ascents of the Matterhorn (Hornli Ridge and north face), Catinnacio, south face of the Marmolata and various Chamonix and Engadine valley routes. Wrote a guidebook to the Engadine while working with YPO project in St Moritz in 1988. Recon of Nanga Parbat (Rakhiot Glacier route) in northern Pakistan in 1976.
