Comments: My guide book does not list the name just grade. If you have more info PM me and I will update the route.

I found this route to be awkward and harder than 10a. Although I have found that most of Mount Erie feels a bit stiff.

Comments: This is no longer the left most route. Someone added an additional route just to the left of this one.

Comments: It is "R" rated because you literally climb 200 feet without a bolt over super chossy although easy terrain. Every move harder than 5.7 is well protected.

Comments: We had no trouble finding the route. We made it to the base in 45 min. The trail is pretty beat in. If it wasn't for those 5.0 pitches half way up this would be such a great route. The chossiness of those pitches really bring it down. Took us 14 hours car to car.

Comments: Don't get sandbagged by the approach! We were not moving super fast but even so it took us almost 2 hours! We did the first 6 pitches. Lots of great slightly runout slab climbing on chicken heads. More of a head game than actually hard climbing. For what we did of it was super sweet!

Comments: For some reason someone left a piece of webbing hanging from the chains with a very rusted quick link hanging from it. The webbing is badly aged and needs to be cut off. If I had a knife I would have.

Comments: THe fourth pitch is so awesome!! Pulling out from that chimney is great exposer and has great protection the whole way!

Comments: Cool climbing area if you are bored after work. Base area could use some trail work. Its a bit scary in spots.

Comments: Fun first moves to a walk up a 5.3 slab. Not really worth the horrible approach.

Comments: Such a great route! A per pump fight. Not really any hard moves just super overhung. I did not think it was that runout. I was able to get gear every 8 feet or so. Just a bit hard to place gear because of the pump.

Comments: I found the first pitch to be pretty scary! It seemed like you would get gear at a ledge and then have to make a difficult move above that ledge. Lots of ankle breaking potential! Cool route non the less.

Comments: This route is not PG-13! Even before they replaced the bolts the ones that were there did not seem that bad! Fun route with a really cool top out onto a pinacle. Gets blasted with sun!
