Comments: The first time I came here back in '02 all the problems had soft sandy landings, as described above. The second time, years later, the sand was gone leaving nothing but cobbles and the boulders all seemed to have grown by up to 8 feet! It was amazing how much it had changed. One of my favorite places anywhere, especially if you're lucky enough to have it to yourself.

Comments: Seems the FA-ist was looking to make this a little spicy with the high first bolt and the strangely placed third bolt, which is well out of reach from the good stance. A fall from here would be pretty large, for a sport route ;) I would not recommend this route to a new 5.9 leader, it's old school and would be considered 5.10 at a lot of areas. I'm sure the first bolt's location prevents a lot of traffic, although the climbing is mellow. Considering all the other well-protected rou... more >>

Comments: There is also a short bolted line to the left, up-slope and around the corner from 'Crescent'. Looking to get on it soon, looks thin.

Comments: Thanks, it's going to take some work, and it's deceivingly difficult! ~25 ft, gently overhanging and the feet, other than the rail are non-existent.

Comments: Super-soft v3 compared to others in the area. Height-dependent for sure. 6-footers+ should find this pretty mellow and will find the dyno is more of a dead-point.
