Comments: Fun climb. We skipped the second set of bolts and walked off the back. There is a trail that brings you down by the amphitheater.

Comments: After climbing Fowl Play (on Bumblebee) this does not seem like a 5.9. Jugs, not overhanging (a small bulge between bomber rests) and pretty chill. Fun route though!

Comments: Climbed the bolted route. Felt like a .7 to me, especially after climbing Fowl Play and Sin Nombre.

Comments: I thought this was an excellent climb, and would recommend both pitches for beginning trad climbers. The second pitch was not difficult, but still interesting and very worth the time and effort. At the start of the second pitch I tried to go right, but did not find good pro in the dihedral. I backtracked and climbed straight up from the belay for 10-15 feet before returning to the dihedral. Taking this approach has the added benefit of limiting rope drag. At the top of the second pitch, I cl... more >>

Comments: Happy to hear there was a good ending to your story and only taking away from the mishap a lesson to knot the ends of your rope.

Comments: I did something today I thought I'd never do and rapped off my rope about 8 feet above the steep rock ramp at the bottom of this route. We were using a 60 meter and the ends weren't even. I felt the rope end pass though my hands and didn't have time to do anything but fall. It could have sent me all the way off the cliff but I feel 8 feet into a constriction in the rock which I got wedged in. BE SO CAREFULL if using a 60!! This is a really fun climb even though I almost took the plunge..Knots at... more >>

Comments: Make sure your belayer is on his/her game when you're between bolts 2 & 3--easy climbing but serious ground fall potential. Excellent climb, a little stout for the grade towards the top.

Comments: Immediately to the left of Ampitheater Left Overhang. Fun, 5.7 climbing on first pitch with maybe one or two 5.8- moves near the roof. Second pitch is 5.6, very fun, very aesthetically pleasing rock. Second half of second pitch definitely run out, but not really uncomfortably so. Nice view from the top, easy walk off. Two and a half stars.

Comments: Really fun trad route. Large cams are not mandatory, yet nice to have. It is the difference between placing arm deep #3 camalots or easily placing larger pieces like a #3.5 or #4 camalot. Basically, if you own those larger pieces, I would recommend bringing them. If not, you can still get it done.
