The ramp, the bottom of the picture is about 3 feet off the ground.

The upper holds of The Bubble.  Start just below these holds, use the lower section of the flake (up to where the large crack joins the flake) to a reachy move to a finger pocket.  Continue up and over the top using the jug and some less than ideal holds over the top.
